Everything was fine, except the courier for the portuguese delivery service, cttexpress left the package at the wrong building. So, someone quite honest from the next building actually came to my door with the item. Also, unlike the claim by cttexpress, the courier did not bother to check or confirm my name.



So, i think you should use a different delivery servcie because cttexpress is deficient with their delivery and their procedure.
