Shipping Rates

 

Free Shipping Campaign: All products are currently shipped free of charge!

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are a flat rate for all areas, with the exception of Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

  • Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Remote Islands: We will provide a separate shipping estimate for these areas. Please contact us for a quote.

 

Delivery Time

 

  • Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is noted on each product page.

  • Payment Confirmation: Please note that we will ship your order only after we have confirmed your payment.

  • Shipping Delays: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier's schedule. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • No Compensation for Delays: We will not be held liable for any compensation, including returns or refunds, for delivery delays for any reason, including but not limited to carrier-related issues, manufacturer stock fluctuations, holidays, or natural disasters.

 

Delivery and Setup

 

  • Delivery Method: All deliveries are made to your doorstep. We do not offer in-home delivery, assembly, or setup services.

  • Delivery Time Slots: Delivery time slots vary by carrier. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the carrier's information and a tracking number. Please contact the carrier directly to arrange a specific time for delivery.

  • Carrier Selection: The carrier used for your order is determined by a variety of factors, including the product, season, shipping costs, and logistical arrangements. You cannot choose your preferred carrier.

 

Important Notes

 

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address, including the street number and room number, to avoid delivery issues. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

  • Multiple Packages: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days.

  • Returns Due to Inability to Deliver: If a product is returned to us because it could not be delivered to your home or fit into an elevator, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including both the outbound and return shipping fees. Please measure the product and your delivery path before placing your order.

  • Package Storage Period: The carrier will hold your package for a maximum of 6 days for re-delivery attempts. If you do not contact the carrier within this period, the package will be returned to us, and your order will be canceled. In such cases, you will be charged for all shipping costs.

  • Large Items: Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns for large items such as dressers, sofas, and beds after they have been shipped.

 

Shipping Carriers

 

The carrier for your order will be one of the following: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Seino Transportation, or one of our partner carriers. The specific carrier will be determined based on product, timing, and logistics. You can find the name of the carrier in the shipping confirmation email we send after your order has been dispatched. For specific delivery time requests, please contact the carrier directly.
